Chef Wayne Smith
Wayne Smith has been working
as a Chef for over 25 years,
specializing in upscale Italian
cuisine. Most notably, Wayne is
recognized for his culinary excellence throughout the Catskill
region as former Executive Chef for Ricciardella's Restaurant in
Phoenicia.
Born and raised in the Catskill Region of New York, Wayne attended the
Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. As a child Wayne grew up
on a local New York farm, working with fresh, local, organic produce
from an early age. Wayne's specialty is Italian cuisine with a fusion
edge to it. He experiments using a variety of cooking techniques &
flavors from many regions of the world...as he always seeks to create
food that pushes the limits of greatness.
